Zonith ACS

The Alarm Control System (ACS) ensures that alarm management and notification is automatic, efficient and reliable. Day-to-day and business critical alarms are automatically dispatched to TETRA/DMR radios, mobile phones, POCSAG Pagers, Spectralink WiFi/DECT phones, Android phones and/or email enabled devices. ACS dispatches notifications to the right person based on the time of day and the competency necessary to respond to the task. The closed loop system ensures that all alarms are acknowledged, resolved and closed, and those unanswered can be automatically escalated to the next appropriate employee. ACS also enables rich reporting features to track: alarm notification, response actions and time to completion.
